The Challenge
Develop a web site to highlight the firm's successes and recognitions, while providing a knock-out web platform for recruiting.

• Created a past-to-present theme on the site, incorporating an timeline on the home page and sections addressing the firm's "durable legacy," as it ties into the firm's current role in shaping Delaware law.

• Developed a youthful, but direct, recruiting section, probing into the real-world and personal experience the attorneys have at Morris Nichols. The recruiting section builds on an 'unplugged' theme, showing attorneys in a more relaxed setting.

• Built a fully database-driven back end for the site, which also automates the creation of print materials for the firm. The firm started using its new print materials even before the site launched.
